HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.31067 OF 2018 ORDER:

The present writ petition came to be filed seeking to declare the action of the respondents, in not consideration of the applications dated 19.5.2005, 30.05.2018, submitted by the petitioner for regularization of his house bearing Door No.5-9-89, situated at Sy.No.143 of Kothagudem Village and Mandal, Bhadradri Kothagudem District, as per G.O.No.373 dated 24.3.2005, as illegal and arbitrary.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Pleader for Revenue, on instructions, would submit that the 3rd respondent-Tahsildar, has passed the orders on the applications of the petitioner dated 7.9.2018 and a copy of the same will be communicated to the petitioner within a period of one week from today. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent-Tahsildar to communicate the copy of the order dated 7.9.2018, to the petitioner within a period of one week from today and in such event, the petitioner may avail the remedy available under law.

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. As a sequel to disposal of the writ petition, WP.M.Ps if any pending shall stand closed.
