This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioners/ accused Nos.1 to 3, under Section 482 Cr.P.C seeking to quash the proceedings in C.C. No.284 of 2014 on the file of VIII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad, taken cognizance for the offences punishable under Sections 448, 323, 506 r/w 34 IPC against the petitioners, outcome of report of 2nd respondent-de facto complainant in Crime No.44 of 2013 of Moghalpura Police Station, Hyderabad District.

2) Heard learned counsel for the petitioners/ accused Nos.1 to 3 of Crime No.43 of 2013 as well as 1st respondent-State represented by learned Public prosecutor before admission and before ordering notice to 2nd respondent-de facto complainant and perused the material.

3) The facts falls short to admit the application filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C to quash the C.C. No.284 of 2014 on the file of VIII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad, the same is disposed of by giving liberty to petitioners to approach the trial Court by filing an application under Rule 37 Cr.R.P to permit one of the accused to represent all other accused and the learned Magistrate shall hear and consider the same with necessary conditions.

4) Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this Criminal Petition, shall stand closed.
