This Civil Revision Petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is filed by the unsuccessful petitioner/ appellant aggrieved of the order dated 13.05.2010 of the learned Principal District Judge, Nalgonda, passed in I.A.No.627 of 2010 in C.M.A.No.9 of 2010.
I have heard the learned counsel for the parties. It is represented by the learned counsel for the parties that in view of the compromise entered into by the parties and recorded by this Court in C.M.S.A.M.P.No.97 of 2016 in C.M.S.A.No.31 of 2011, vide separate orders passed today, this revision has become infructuous and no further orders are required to be passed.
