Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents 1 to

3. With their consent, the present writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage.

Since this Court is not going into the merits of the case, it may not be necessary to issue notice to the 4th respondent. 3.

The present writ petition came to be filed with the following prayer:

"to issue an appropriate Writ more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the respondents 1 to 3 in not stopping the 4th respondent, his men and supporters from construction of the church in the assigned lands contrary to the provisions of the Act 9/77 which is providing the assigned lands to the landless poor people for the purpose of construction of houses to live in, as illegal, arbitrary and violative of the principals of natural justice." 3.

Though various grounds are raised, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on 14.07.2014 a legal notice was issued to respondents 2 and 3 bringing to their notice the illegal constructions made in the land admeasuring Ac.0.03 cents in R.S.No.30 of Yerrampet Revenue Village, but till date no action has been taken. He further submits that contrary to Rule 4, pillars are being raised to lay a roof.

Learned Government Pleader submits that suitable action will be taken on the basis of the said legal notice, after hearing both the parties.

Having regard to the statement made, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to immediately hear the petitioner and the unofficial respondent herein by treating the said legal notice as representation and take appropriate steps, in accordance with law, within a period of four (04) weeks from today. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs. _______________________ JUSTI CE C.
