Petitioner prays for Mandamus declaring the action of respondents 2 and 3 in interfering with a dispute pending in O.S. No.12 of 2009 on the file of Senior Civil Judge, Anantapur at the behest of respondent No.4, as illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional. The 2nd and the 3rd respondents have sent written instructions stating that admittedly a civil dispute between the petitioner and the 4th respondent is pending. No complaint is received against the petitioner. Therefore, the allegations of alleged interference in civil dispute are incorrect. It is stated that the respondents are not interfering in the civil dispute. The statement is placed on record. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No order as to costs.
