This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking to quash the proceedings against the petitioners in C.C.No.191 of 2013 on the file of the Court of IV Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Visakhapatnam.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the criminal petition with a liberty to avail the remedies available to them under law including filing of fresh petition. 3.

Permission is granted.

Hence, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty to the petitioners to avail the remedies available to them under law including filing of a fresh petition. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
