Heard Sri S.V.S.S.Siva Ram, learned counsel for the petitioners, and Sri S. Laxminarayana Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for the respondent Corporation.

When the matter is taken up for consideration, it is submitted by the learned Standing Counsel for the respondent Corporation that the respondent Corporation already issued a notice under Section 452 (1) of the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation Act, 1955 and stopped construction also and further action will be taken as per law. The above submission is recorded and the writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
