THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.2296 of 2010 ORDER:

This Writ Petition was filed challenging the action of the respondents in not issuing the appointment orders to the petitioner on par with the selected and appointed candidates in the 31 vacancies notified.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that after filing the Writ Petition, pursuant to the interim order dated 05.02.2010, appointment orders were issued to the petitioner and the petitioner has been continuing in service. In view of the same, no further orders are necessary.

The Writ Petition is, accordingly, closed. The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall also stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
