Heard both sides.

A commercial quantity of Ganja was found in possession of the accused and it is informed that charge is filed and case is registered as S.C.No.21 of 2017 pending on the file of the I Additional District and Sessions Judge, East Godavari District at Rajamahendravaram, for framing of the charges.

In that view of the matter, it is not a fit case to grant bail at this stage.

The criminal petition is accordingly dismissed. However, considering the request of the learned counsel for the petitioners, the trial Court is directed to frame charges and conduct the trial expeditiously positively within six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
