HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE E.V.VENUGOPAL WRIT PETITION No.42834 of 2022 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of constitution of India seeking the following relief:

....'pleased to issue any appropriate writ, order or direction one particularly one in the nature writ of mandamus declaring the action of the Respondents in changing the Selection criteria, after starting of the selection process of Medical Officers, pursuant to the Notification dated 08-09-2022, issued by the Respondents No. 3 to 10, as arbitrary, illegal and violative of Articles 14, 16 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the Respondents to complete the selection of the Medical Officers as per the Notification dated 08-09-2022, without any deviation, by allotting 90 Marks based on the marks obtained in the qualifying examination and by awarding maximum 10 Marks for the age weightage by reckoning the age from 18 years of age of the Candidate @ 0.5 Marks for each completed year of age, out of 100 Marks, as per Paragraph-6.1(a) and pass...'

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the case of the petitioner was considered and accordingly orders were issued vide Rc.No.108/MLHP/HWC/NHM/2022, dated 08.12.2022 appointing the petitioners and therefore submits that the cause in the writ petition does not survive and therefore seeks this Court to dispose of the writ petition, in view of the orders passed by the 2nd respondent.

On the other hand, Mr.Mohd Kaleem Pasha, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Services-I concedes to the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

With the above submissions made by both the counsel, this Court is inclined to dispose of the writ petition. 5.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Interlocutory applications, if any, pending in this writ petition, shall also stand disposed of.
