The grievance in the writ petition is against the construction of 33/ 11 KV sub-station at Sri Kaverirajapuram, Palasamudram Mandal, Chittoor District instead of proceeding to construct sub-station at Balija Kandriga Village, Palasamudram Mandal, Chittoor District, as illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional.

The standing counsel on instructions submits that with the passage of time the prayer in the writ petition is rendered ineffective, for respondents have already constructed sub-station at Sri Kaverirajapuram and the same is functioning as on date. The statement is placed on record and the writ petition is dismissed. No order as to costs.
