16.12.2022 LK,J I.A.No.3 of 2022 (on being mentioned) This application is filed to correct the 1st paragraph of the order in W.P.No.42707 of 2022 dated 01.12.2022 as "to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the 2nd respondent in issuing a notice vide Lr.No.GM(E)/O and M Dn.-XVII/SD-11/O' Sagar-22-23 dated 16.11.2022 directing the petitioners to remove the filled earth in the Reservoir - Osman Sagar Reservoir at Janwada Village in Shankarpally Mandal, R.R.District falling within FTL Zone within 3 days from the date of issuance of the notice as illegal, arbitrary and without jurisdiction and set aside the same and further direct the 2nd respondent not to interfere with the petitioners possession of the property in Survey No.357/2 (Ac.2.06 Gts.), Janwada Village, Shankajrpally Mandal, R.R.District without following due process of law and pass ....".

For the reasons mentioned in the accompanying affidavit, the application is ordered.
