This petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. by the petitioneraccused No. 2 to quash the proceedings against him in C.C.No. 96 of 2018 on the file of the Court of Judicial Magistrate of I Class, Jangareddigudem (for short, 'the Court below'), registered for the offences punishable under Sections 342, 323 and 506 read with Section 34 of IPC.

At the hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner has requested this Court to dispense with appearance of the petitioner throughout trial. 3.
This Court in a petition of the present nature cannot pass an order under Section 205 of Cr.P.C. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to file appropriate application before the Court below either under Section 205 of Cr.P.C. or Rule 37 of Criminal Rules of Practice after serving notice on the respondent and on filing such application, the Court below is directed to decide the same within a week in accordance with law. 4.
Subject to the liberty given to the petitioner, without touching the grounds urged in the petition, the criminal petition is dismissed. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, in this criminal petition shall stand dismissed in consequence. _____________________________ Date: 05-09-2018.
