HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.31019 of 2018 ORDER:

1) The present writ petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus declaring the action of the fourth respondent in not communicating the endorsement on the document No.P.12 to the petitioner, as illegal and arbitrary. 2) The Government Pleader for Revenue (AP), placed on record the written instructions, wherein it is mentioned that the request of the petitioner was rejected on the ground that in the web Land as against the land in Sy.No.178/ 4A admeasuring Ac.5.28 cents, it 3) Having regard to the above, the writ petition is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to get the signature of Tahsildar in Web land, so as to enable the Sub-Registrar to act in accordance with law.

4) There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel to disposal of the writ petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
