THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION No.5331 of 2017 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking to quash the proceedings against the petitioner in C.C.No.113 of 2016 on the file of the Court of IX Special Magistrate at Hyderabad.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the criminal petition with a liberty to file a petition under Section 205 Cr.P.C. before the trial Court. 3.

Permission is granted.

Hence, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty to the petitioner to file a petition under Section 205 Cr.P.C. before the trial Court. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
