THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.22932 of 2015 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed challenging the action of the second respondent in passing the proceedings on 25.03.2015 for the year 20112012 demanding the market fee for the said year. Since the impugned order is an appealable order under Section 12E of the Andhra Pradesh (Agricultural Produce and Livestock) Markets

Act, 1966, liberty is given to the petitioner to file an appeal within a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, and this Writ Petition is not entertained in view of the existence of the said remedy of appeal.

The Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed at the admission stage. The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
