Today, by a separate order passed in L.A.A.S.M.P.No.329 of 2017, we have declined to condone the delay of 1,849 days in filing this appeal. In view of dismissal of L.A.A.S.M.P.No.329 of 2017, the appeal stands rejected.

As a sequel to dismissal of the appeal, L.A.A.S.M.P.No.330 of 2017 filed by the appellant for interim relief shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
