HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.31091 OF 2018 ORDER:

The present writ petition came to be filed seeking to declare the action of the respondents in not considering the request of the petitioners for entering their names in the revenue records, for issuing the necessary passbooks and title deeds, pertaining to the land admeasuring Ac.0.80 cents, situated at R.S.No.505/11 of Chitti Garuvu, H/o. Rollapalem Village, Amalapuram Mandal, East Godavari District, as illegal and arbitrary.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that though the petitioners submitted an application on 28.03.2018, requesting the respondents 2 to 5 to enquire into the matter and enter the names of the petitioners in the revenue records pertaining to the subject land, the respondents 2 and 5, did not take any action so far. Learned Government Pleader for Revenue, would submit that the writ petition may be disposed of directing the petitioners to submit Form-6A application through online seeking the relief, in which event, the respondent-authorities will pass appropriate orders in accordance with law.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the writ petition is disposed of permitting the petitioners to make a fresh online application to the respondent-authorities, under Form-6A seeking issuance of pattadar passbooks and title deeds in their favour forthwith enclosing all the necessary documents, in respect of the subject land, in which event, the respondent-authorities, shall deal with the same and pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law, as early as possible, preferably within a period of three to four months from the date of making the online application, after giving reasonable opportunity of hearing to the petitioners and all the concerned.

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. As a sequel to disposal of the writ petition, WP.M.Ps if any pending shall stand closed.
