Heard Mr. B.Chandrasekhar for petitioner and Mr,Ravindra for respondents.

The petitioner complains against the inaction of respondents 2 and 3 in completing installation of electric poles and giving power supply to petitioner's fish tank situated in Survey No.343 of Gannapavaram Village, West Godavari District, as illegal, arbitrary and contrary to sanction proceedings No.TAD-SDR/ 240/ 2016-17. Counsel for respondents submits that since sanction proceedings are already issued, respondents 2 and 3 will complete the process required in this behalf and give power supply to petitioner within four weeks from today. The statement is placed on record. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No order as to costs. The petitioner is given liberty to communicate this order within one week from today.
