BHATT W.P.No.3907 OF 2016 PC: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice S.V.Bhatt) Heard Mr.S.Satyanarayana Moorthy, learned counsel for petitioners and Mr.A.Panduranga Rao for 2nd respondent. The petitioners complain against the inaction of respondents in considering and disposing of the objections filed in the form of revision on 01.09.2014 under Sections 220 and 221 of the Hyderabad Municipal Corporation Act challenging special notice dated 01.10.2013, served on petitioners on 22.08.2014, as illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional.

Learned counsel for the petitioners draws our attention to the revision filed by the petitioners on 02.09.2014 before the 2nd respondent. Learned standing counsel for 2nd respondent submits that the revision filed by the petitioners ought to have been disposed of by the competent authority and it is submitted that within time frame the revision is disposed of.

Having regard to the above submissions, we are satisfied that the writ petition can be disposed of by this order. "The 2nd respondent is directed to pass appropriate orders on the revision filed by the petitioners on 02.09.2014 within two months from the date receipt of a copy of this order by affording opportunity to the petitioners".

The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of. Consequently, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, also

stand disposed of.
