OFFICE NOTE 05.02.2026 KL, J & BRMR, J Perusal of the record would reveal that the aforesaid LAAS.No.502 of 2008 was dismissed vide judgment dated 25.09.2014. Thereafter, claimant filed review application vide Review LAAS.MP.No.1020 of 2015. Vide order dated 28.01.2016 this Court allowed the said review application in respect of interest. Even then this appeal is listed for hearing.

In the light of the same, no further orders are required in the appeal.
