ORDER
Heard Sri P.V.S.Prasad, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Energy appearing on behalf of respondent No.1 and Sri R. Vinod Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for TGSPDCL, appearing on behalf of respondent Nos.2 to 4.
2. The petitioner approached the Court seeking prayer as under:

It is represented by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the' petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel for TGSPDCL appearing on behalf of respondent Nos.2 to 4 that the subject issue in the present writ petition is squarely covered by the order of this Court dated 28.10.2021 passed in W.P. No.26977 of 2021, hence, the present writ petition could be disposed cf in terms of the aforesaid order. 4.
Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made by both the learned counsel on record and for the reasons alike in the above referred order passed by this Court in w.P.No.26977 ot 2O21 dated 28.aO.2O2L, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to make an application to the respondent Nos.3 and 4 afresh, within a period of two (O2) weeks from today. On such application being filed, the respondent Nos.3 and 4 shall consider the same in accordance to law, as expeditiously as possible, preferable within a period of
