O R D E R

(Per Hon'ble Sri Justice Sanjay Kumar) This contempt case was instituted alleging willful disobedience to the order dated 27.02.2017 passed by this Court in W.P.No.23775 of 2016. By the said order, this Court directed the respondents in the writ petition to reconsider the final allocation of the petitioner therein to the State of Andhra Pradesh by retaining her at Visakhapatnam. This exercise was directed to be completed within a time frame.

Ms. Sujata Sharma, Special Commissioner of Collegiate Education, Andhra Pradesh, is present in person and produced the proceedings dated 31.05.2018 whereunder the petitioner was posted to Visakha Government Degree College for Women, Visakhapatnam, as per her request. In the light of this development, the order passed by this Court stands duly complied with.
