WRIT PETITION No.13593 of 2016 JUDGMENT: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This writ petition is filed for certiorari to quash the order, dated 20.08.2015, in O.A.No.1089 of 2015, on the file of the Central Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad Bench, Hyderabad. Today, we have dismissed W.P.No.13338 of 2016. Sri B.Narayana Reddy, learned Asst.Solicitor General of India, has not disputed that the issue raised in the present writ petition is the same as raised in W.P.No.13338 of 2016.

Following the order in W.P.No.13338 of 2016, this writ petition is also dismissed. No order as to costs.

As a sequel to dismissal of the Writ Petition, WPMP No.16979 of 2016, filed by the petitioners for interim relief, is disposed of as infructuous.
