This civil revision petition arises out of order, dated 30.08.2016, in I.A.No.920 of 2015 in O.S.No.804 of 2014 on the file of IV Additional District Judge, Visakhapatnam.

On 10.03.2017, no one appeared for the petitioners and therefore, the case was adjourned. Even today, when the case is called, there is no representation for the petitioners. Hence, it is reasonable to presume that the petitioners are not interested in pursuing their cause in this revision petition.

The Civil Revision Petition is, accordingly, dismissed for non-prosecution.
