THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE R. SUBHASH REDDY AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. SHANKAR NARAYANA WRIT PETITION No.23895 OF 2015 ORDER: (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice R. Subhash Reddy) This Writ Petition is filed seeking to declare the inaction on the part of respondents in correcting the petitioner's date of birth in the certificates issued by the Board of Secondary Education, as illegal and arbitrary.

Even from a perusal of the affidavit filed in support of the petition, it appears that the petitioner is a minor and has not attained the age of majority. In that view of the matter, the Writ Petition is not maintainable.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as not maintainable. Interim order, dated 31.07.2015, shall stand vacated. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed. No costs.
