HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.1705 of 2017 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the 4th respondent in interfering with the petitioners' lives by threatening and harassing them.

Learned Government Pleader for Home, on the basis of instructions, submits that the allegations in the affidavit are denied, but, however, states that, on 29.12.2016, 5th respondent approached the 4th respondent and asked him to drop further action pursuant to his complaint dated 28.12.2016 and only in connection with the said complaint, the 2nd petitioner was called to the police station on 28.12.2016 and thereafter no further action was taken; in view of the same, no further action is needed.

Recording the above submissions of the learned Government Pleader, writ petition is closed.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
