ORDER

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the relief sought for by the petitioner was already considered and rejected in W.P.No.9591 of 1996, dated 19.6.2001 and the same was also confirmed in W.A.No.1153 of 2001, dated 18.08.2001. In view of the above adjudication, the petitioner cannot file the present writ petition as it amounts to res judicata. The Writ Petition is dismissed accordingly.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
