ORDER

This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., by the petitioners/A1 to A8 questioning the inaction of the XIV Metropolitan Magistrate, L.B.Nagar, Cyberabad for not disposing of C.C.No.684 of 2013. Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the Court below is not taking up for trial of the case in accordance with law and that on account of pendency of the case, the petitioners are roaming around the Court for the last five years and facing lot of difficulty. In view of the request made by learned counsel for the petitioners and age of the calendar case, I deem it appropriate to issue necessary direction to the Court below to dispose of calendar case in accordance with law.

In the result, the criminal petition is disposed of directing the XIV Metropolitan Magistrate, L.B.Nagar, Cyberabad to dispose of C.C.No.684 of 2013 in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible in any event not less than six months from the date of receipt of copy of the order. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this petition shall stand dismissed.
