This civil revision petition is filed under Section 115 of CPC, assailing the order dated 19.1.2016 passed in I.A. No.766 of 2015 in O.S. No.87 of 2013 on the file of the Court of Senior Civil Judge, Razole, East Godavari District.

Learned counsel for the respondent submitted that the trial Court decreed the suit on 02.4.2018. As per the note submitted by the Registry, the trial Court disposed of the suit on 02.4.2018. In view of the disposal of the main suit, the purpose of filing of the revision has become infructuous.

Hence, the civil revision petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this petition shall stand closed.
