The decree-holder in a suit of the year 2013 has come up with the present revision seeking a limited direction to the Executing Court to dispose of the execution petition within a timeframe.

2. Heard Mr. Narasimha Rao Gudiseva, learned counsel for the petitioner.

In view of the limited nature of the prayer made, the revision is disposed of directing the Trial Court to dispose of E.P.No.105 of 2014 in O.S.No.253 of 2013 in accordance with law within a period of 3 (three) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
