THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE VILAS V. AFZULPURKAR WRIT PETITION No.3231 OF 2016 ORDER:

Against the action of the respondents in not closing the account of the petitioner, the Writ Petition is filed. However, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondents have closed the account and hence the issue does not survive for adjudication and seeks leave of the Court to withdraw the Writ Petition without prejudice to the rights of the petitioner. Permission is accorded.

The Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
