ORDER:

This writ petition is filed for a mandamus to declare the inaction of the official respondents in disposing of the petitioner's representations, dated 14.12.2015, 17.12.2015 and 20.12.2015, as illegal and arbitrary.

Mrs.S.Sridevi, learned counsel for the petitioner, addressed a letter, dated 01.02.2016, to the Registry, wherein she has stated that her client informed her that the dispute between him and the private respondent viz., respondent No.4 has been settled out of Court amicably and instructed her to seek permission of the Court to withdraw the writ petition. Today, at the hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner has reiterated the aforesaid request. The Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel to dismissal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P.No.55104 of 2015 filed by the petitioner for interim relief shall stand dismissed as

infructuous.
