The present Criminal Petition, under Sections 437 and 439 of Cr.P.C., is filed by the petitioner/A.3 seeking to enlarge her on bail in F.I.R. No.57 of 2016, dated 01.08.2016, of the Talupula Police Station, Anantapur District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 302, 201, 120(b) of IPC, r/w. 149 of IPC. 2.

Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent - State and perused the material on record.

Keeping in view the role of the petitioner/A.3 in the aforesaid crime, which is very serious in nature, as the case is registered under Section 302 IPC, apart from other provisions of IPC, and since the investigation is going on and the charge sheet is not even filed, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner/A.3 on bail. 4.
