Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that after filing of the writ petition, the 3rd respondent issued impugned proceedings dated 28.08.2018, as such, he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Writ Petition with liberty to challenge the proceedings dated 28.08.2018 by way of fresh writ petition. He has also filed I.A.No.2 of 2018 to that effect.

Permission is accorded.

I.A.No.2 of 2018 is allowed accordingly.

Recording the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting the liberty sought for. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand dismissed.
