This criminal petition is filed, by the petitioner-accused No.1, under Section 438 of Cr.P.C., seeking prearrest bail in Crime No.165 of 2017 on the file of the Station House Officer, Afzalgunj Police Station, Hyderabad City, registered for the offence punishable under Section 379 of IPC.
