THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 31231 of 2018 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue (Andhra Pradesh). 2.

With the consent of both the parties, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage.

The present Writ Petition came to be filed seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not considering the online applications dated 15.11.2017 and 18.05.2018, made by the petitioner seeking to conduct survey and fixing boundaries in respect of lands in Survey Nos.581-1 and 581-6 admeasuring Acs.0.74 cents and 1.03 cents respectively situated in Raghavapuram Revenue Village in Chinthalapudi Mandal of West Godavari District, as illegal and arbitrary.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that though the said applications came to be made in the month of November, 2017 and again in the month of May, 2018, till date, no orders are passed.

Learned Government Pleader for Revenue (A.P.) would submit that the respondent-authorities shall pass orders, in accordance with law, if the same is pending consideration. 6.

Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the fourth respondent to dispose of the applications made by the petitioner, through online seeking to conduct survey and fixing boundaries in respect of the above said lands, in accordance with law, at the earliest. 7.
