This application is filed seeking relaxation of anticipatory bail order in paragraph No.8(i) by reducing the surety amount from Rs.1,00,000/- to Rs.50,000/- and to permit the petitioners No.2 and 3 to furnish the reduced sureties amount.
Considering the facts and circumstances explained, the petition for reduction of surety amount is hereby dismissed.
I.A.No.02 of 2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for respondent No.1/State as well as learned counsel for the respondent No.2.
This application is filed seeking extension of time period for furnishing the sureties in paragraph No.8(i) by another two weeks and to permit the petitioners No.2 ad 3 to furnish the sureties in such extended period of time.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners on account of not able to comply with the directions in respect of depositing of sureties of Rs.1,00,000/- each with two sureties for like-sum each as directed by this Court while granting prearrest bail in Criminal Petition No.10746 of 2022 dated 20.12.2022.
Considering the facts and circumstances explained, the time for execution of sureties is extended until 09.01.2023.
