HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V. BHATT Writ Petition No.22850 of 2017 ORDER:
The prayer is substantially against inaction in considering and disposing of the stay application filed along with the appeal by 1st respondent.
2. Learned counsel, for the present, does not press the writ prayer, but seeks liberty to workout the grievance both before respondents 1 to 4 for granting interim suspension of the order impugned in the appeal and to file a suit for protecting physical possession of petitioners subject matter.
