THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE V.RAMASUBRAMANIAN AND THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM CONTEMPT CASE No.2390 OF 2015 ORDER: (per Challa Kodanda Ram, J) This contempt case is filed alleging non-compliance of the judgment in WA No.1520 of 2005, dated 10.07.2014. At the hearing, it is brought to the notice of this Court that in the aforesaid writ appeal, the Government has filed WAMP No.1341 of 2015 seeking permission of this Court to appoint the petitioner herein as Khazi and the same is allowed today.
