No. 1668 of 2017 in M.A.C.M.A. No. 775 of 2017 & M.A.C.M.A. No. 775 of 2017 JUDGMENT:- (Oral, Per Hon'ble Sri Justice Suresh Kumar Kait) This Miscellaneous Petition is filed seeking to condone the delay of 1666 days in filing the appeal.

We have thoroughly perused the affidavit filed in support of this petition, however find no proper explanation for the delay. Therefore, we are not satisfied with the reasons assigned therein for condoning the inordinate delay of 1666 days.

Hence, this Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.

Consequently, the appeal is rejected. No order as to costs. As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
