HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL PETITION No.9366 of 2016 ORDER:

This petition is filed by the petitioners/A-4 & A-5 under Sections 437 & 439 of Criminal Procedure Code seeking to grant bail in Crime No.152 of 2016 on the file of III Town Police Station (L&O), Rajahmundry Urban, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 8(a)(c) read with 20(b)(ii)(c) of NDPS Act read with 34 IPC. Heard and perused the material available on record. The allegation against the petitioners is that the petitioners along with other accused were found in possession of 1160 kgs. of ganja.

Since the ganja found in the above crime is commercial quantity, this court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners. Hence, the Criminal Petition is dismissed.
