Heard Sri K.Jyothi Prasad for petitioner and the Assistant Government Pleader for Women Welfare and Child Development for respondents.
The petitioner though challenges Memo No.18/ A/ 3/ 2014 dated 23-11-2016, at the time of hearing, learned counsel for petitioner confines the prayer to direct the 2nd respondent to look into the grievance brought by the petitioner several months back and take a comprehensive decision on the engagement of petitioner as Anganwadi worker.
I have perused the representations dated 21-12-2013, 27-01-2014 and 29-11-2016.
Prima facie, I am satisfied that a few circumstances are brought to the notice of 2nd respondent for not opening the said Anganwadi which resulted in issuing proceedings dated 23-11-2016. The 2nd respondent if has looked into the representations of petitioner, it is stated by the learned counsel for petitioner that the order impugned in the writ petition would not have been passed. He, therefore, requests at least now the 2nd respondent is directed to consider the representations and take appropriate decision and communicate to petitioner.
Keeping in view the limited submission and to meet the ends of justice, this Court is satisfied that the writ petition can be disposed of by this order.
The petitioner is given liberty to re-submit representations dated 21-12-2013, 27-01-2014 and 29-11-2016 by enclosing a copy of this order to 2nd respondent within four weeks from today. The 2nd respondent is directed to look into the representations and take a decision and communicate to petitioner within eight weeks thereafter.
The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed.
