CVNR, J & GSP, J WP.No.21447 of 2012 Dt:03.8.2018 ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief:

".... to issue a Writ, Order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Certiorari calling for the records relating to GO.Rt.No.86, dated 04.7.2012 issued by respondent No.3 and consequential proceedings of respondent No.4 vide ROC.No.13/2012/ APSCDRC/ADMN, dated 04.7.2012 and to quash the same as illegal, arbitrary, capricious, unconstitutional and lack of jurisdiction.

At the hearing, Mr. T.C.Krishnan, learned counsel for the petitioner, submitted that by efflux of time, the cause in the Writ Petition does not survive for adjudication.

The Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of as infructuous.

As a sequel to disposal of the Writ Petition, WPMP.No.45187 of 2012 filed for interim relief is disposed of as infructuous.
