Heard Sri K. Venumadhav, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj and Sri MSR Chandramurthy, learned special counsel for respondents 3 and 5.
2. The petitioner was appointed as a Technical Officer (Civil) in Challampet Project of Luxettipet Mandal, Adilabad District by the 2nd respondent on 07.12.2010. While so, without conducting any enquiry and without looking into the records, the 3rd respondent issued proceedings dated 16.04.2015 keeping the petitioner under suspension. The petitioner filed the present writ petition to set aside the order.
3. Sri K. Venumadhav, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, submits that in the inspection report of the sub-committee submitted on 10.06.2015, the work executed by the petitioner was found to be satisfactory and there were no adverse remarks against him. He further submits that the impugned order was passed without verifying the inspection report as well as the relevant records. On the other hand, Sri MSR Chandra Murthy, learned special counsel, would submit that the order impugned is an order of suspension pending enquiry and the same does not require any interference in the present writ petition, as the enquiry is proposed to be held.

Considering the submissions made on either side, without going into the merits of the case, the 3rd respondent-Project director is directed to conduct enquiry duly considering the explanation submitted by the petitioner, after verifying the inspection report of the subcommittee dated 10.06.2010 and other relevant records and pass
appropriate orders, within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which, the order of suspension shall stand revoked.
5. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, in this writ petition, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
