HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.31097 OF 2018 ORDER :

Learned counsel for the petitioners submit that though the petitioners obtained interim orders by filing different writ petitions with regard to subject property and though this Court directed the respondents not to interfere with the structures erected by the petitioners in the subject property, a false case was registered against the husband of the 1st petitioner in Crime No.174/2018, dated 02.08.2018; and that 1st petitioner's husband surrendered before the concerned Court and obtained bail. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions stating that they are not interfering with the civil disputes of the petitioners with municipal, revenue authorities, at any point of time; that only notice under Section 41 A was issued to the husband of the 1st petitioner for the purpose of investigation.

Recording the aforesaid submission of the learned Assistant Government Pleader, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent police not to interfere with the civil disputes of the petitioner. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
