The case of the petitioner is that he along with one C.Venugopal Reddy and P.Rajasheker purchased the land to an extent of Ac.1.07 cents in Sy.No.80, situated at Peruru Village, Tirupati Rural Mandal, Chittoor District through registered sale deed bearing document No.509/2013 from its original owner C.Samba Shivan. While so, the petitioner made an application to the 2nd respondent on 26.03.2016 for grant of Pattedar Pass Book and title deed in respect of the said land under FormVI(A) through me-Seva, but no action has been taken. Aggrieved by the same, present writ petition is filed.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

Since the application made by the petitioner on 26.03.2016 in Form-VI(A) is pending before the 2nd respondent, it is for him to dispose of the same. As such, the 2nd respondent is directed to dispose of the application in accordance with law and take action accordingly within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
