THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.31110 of 2018 ORDER:

It is brought to the notice of this Court by Sri K.V.Simhadri, learned Standing Counsel for respondent-VUDA, that the petitioner herein already availed common law remedy by instituting O.S.No.63 of 2018 on the file of the Junior Civil Judge, Kothavalasa, for the self-same relief.

In view of the same, this Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India cannot be maintained. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending consideration, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
