Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that subsequent to the G.O.Ms.No.11, dated 17.01.2012, challenged in this writ petition, some other G.Os were issued, as such, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication and seeks permission of this Court to challenge the subsequent G.Os.
In view of the aforesaid submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous granting liberty to the petitioners to challenge the G.Os if any issued subsequent to G.O.Ms.No.11, dated 17.01.2012. No order as to costs.
