This criminal petition is filed by petitioners - accused Nos.2 to 6, under sections 437 and 439 Cr.P.C., seeking bail in Crime No.57 of 2015 of Anantagiri Police Station, Visakhapatnam District, registered for the offence punishable under Section 20(b)(I) of NDPS Act. The earlier bail application filed by petitioners - accused Nos.2 to 6 was dismissed by this Court. There is no change of circumstances. Hence, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to petitioners - accused Nos.2 to 6.
